Lars Peterson has successfully been leading and coaching company development efforts in both high-tech and industrial businesses. Among the clients are well known international companies as well medium size private companies.

Apart from a solid foundation in TOC, he also places great importance on change management to realize results.
He is a member of Solutions For Sales, the Goldratt Group team for supporting clients in Sales and Marketing in Viable Vision projects.

Lars is a founding partner of GIG and a partner of VMG, the Swedish part of GIG. Two years into his consulting career, in 1993, a TOC book came across and turned a professional consulting project with good results into outstanding results. Since then he has been basing his work on Theory Of Constraints. His educational background is an Executive MBA with focus on Leadership, Growth and Innovation (2006) and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University (1988) and with complementary studies at Sussex University (1986). He is an appreciated speaker at conferences and seminars.

Lars is married, has three children and lives in Helsingborg in the Öresound region, south of Sweden.
