    Jan Willem Tromp started his career on improving production and supply chain environments. After several years working as internal and external consultant, he concluded that Western Europe will loose the competition because they focus too much on cost reduction. He decided to change his focus only on profit improvement.Jan Willem achieved his Masters of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering / Management Science in 1990 from the Technical University Eindhoven, the Netherlands. In 2011 he started his PhD program. His research question is:”What is happening with employees while implementing a new approach of software and what is the role of the consultant”. The research question will be research with the approach of complex responsive processes.

    As one of the co-owners of GLOW Management, Jan Willem focus now on the complexity of multi project management.
