Born in 1961 in The Netherlands, Harry Barendse (married, 3 children) has a lifetime experience in ICT and consulting. Starting out as Bachelor of Science (BS), ICT at HES J. van Zwijndregt, Den Haag he worked many years as ICT-specialist, project- and program manager and as director at the head of several ICT companies. At each of these applying the TOC principles made him very successful. From experience Harry knows that applying TOC-based planning and control gives much shorter lead-times and yields is more reliable due date performance in multi project organizations. Since 2007 Striving to bring others the benefits of TOC Harry built forth on his profound knowledge and experience by implementing, consulting and facilitating the application of TOC project management in Dutch ICT-, Banking- and Insurance companies. Over the years Harry developed profound knowledge and experience in solving organizational challenges using (and teaching others) the TOC Thinking Processes as problem solving techniques.
